I finally got my commercial certificate on Friday which means a lot of things, but the important thing was that I could finally take Andrea for a flight. School rules prohibit us from taking passengers until we have completed the Robinson Course (which I did in November) and until we have our commercial license. This is mainly a safety thing since low time, private pilots are way more likely to have an accident while flying with someone in the left seat. Anyway, Andrea finally got her chance to experience the wonder that is flying in an R22.

We took off from Caldwell and headed south along the east side of Lake Lowell and down to the Snake River canyon and the foothills of the Owyhees near Murphy. We then cruised back up north to Boise and flew over downtown and our house then back to Caldwell. We then drove back to the Boise Airport where I got on a flight to San Francisco. It was a flight intensive day.
